My name is Chalee, and I'm the owner of
CALIFORNIA BAY MOBILE NOTARY 
& APOSTILLE SERVICES.

As a native of the Bay Area, I've always believed in the power of showing up for people-not just with skill, but with compassion. I'm constanly meeting interesting people everyday through my business.

I became a Notary Public to provide support during life's most critical moment, that we faced in my lifetime...

Helping over 1,150 families during COVID.
Whether it was for notarizing loan closing documents, preparing Power of Attorney paperwork, or handling Apostille verifiction-I was there to ensure families could speak on behalf of loved ones in their native country.

Many of thos I helped were in hospital, needing urgent Healthcare directives.
I was there to guide them through it.

For the past 6 year, specializing in Apostille & Loan Signing Services-serving across the Bay Area under tight deadlines and navigating unfamiliar paperwork. I was in the trenches.
